| Tasting notes | Colour: A bright, intense ruby-red colour with purple rim. Nose: Very intense with notes of violets and liquorice, berries such as black raspberry, and also spicy aromas of bay leaf and rosemary, mixed with graphite and soft nuances of vanilla and tobacco thanks to barrel ageing. Palate: Starts out superb with lots of volume and well-balanced acidity. Violet aromas and spicy nuances follow through to the long, lingering finish. |
