Tasting notes | Colour: Intense violet with a purple hue. Nose: The nose is very fruit-forward, with aromas of black fruit such as plum, blueberry and blackberry that mingle with spice notes (soy sauce, bay leaf) and touches of vanilla, coffee and cherry tart from time spent in French oak barrels. Palate: The generous attack displays good volume and substance with fresh and balanced acidity. On the palate, well-rounded, silky tannins support red fruit flavors of plum and cherry. |
