Tasting notes | Deep purple-red. On the nose, it has floral notes of violets and bergamot, with pronounced red fruit presence and subtle hints of fresh herbs. On the palate, it is crisp and juicy, with a rather linear structure and reactive tannins that make the blend vibrant. A fruity wine, modern in style, young and lively. It is recommended to be served slightly chilled at 13-15°C. |
Food pairing | An extremely gastronomic and versatile wine that is ideal with Mediterranean cuisine in general, such as eggplants, pickled dishes, or dishes with stewed tomatoes and vegetable stews like ratatouille. Perfect with medium-aged cheeses (brie, emmental, or camembert) or risottos and poultry. Suggested dish: ravioli with peppers, mushrooms, and goat cheese with merkén.
